JUDGMENT
Eviction of unauthorized footpath occupants is what is
sought for in this Contempt Case. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance with the directions in the judgment, notices have already been issued to the footpath occupants. It is also submitted that process as directed in the judgment will be completed within an outer time limit of two months. This submission is recorded. COC is accordingly closed.
