JUDGMENT

The petitioner is presently working as Administrative Officer in the Chief Office of the first respondent corporation at Thiruvananthapuram. The main relief sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to promote the petitioner as Administrative Officer with effect from 28.2.2007 instead of 3.4.2008 and as Accounts Officer/Personnel Officer with effect from 24.4.2009, the dates from which her junior, the 4^th respondent was promoted to the said posts.

Heard learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation.

According to the petitioner, even though she has been promoted

as Accounts Officer, it is effective only from 3.4.2008, as per Ext.P12. In

the representations, Exts.P19 and P20, she has given in detail her claims in the matter.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation that those representations have not been finally disposed of. In that view of the matter, there will be a direction to the first respondent to take a decision on Exts.P19 and P20 after hearing the petitioner, and

respondents 4 and 5, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
