J U D G M E N T
This writ petition has been filed mainly with a prayer to command the first respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the proceedings pending before the first respondent in regarding the Management Dispute. During the pendency of this writ petition, the first respondent has issued a notice to the petitioner calling him to attend the hearing scheduled to be held on 10.06.2010. Obviously, the main grievance of the petitioner has thus been redressed. Now, the petitioner has to raise all his contentions before the first respondent. In the afore said circumstances, this writ petition is closed.
