JUDGMENT
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the light of the affidavit the Contempt Case can be closed. It is mentioned in paragraph 10 of the affidavit Administrative Sanction has been accorded for releasing an amount of Rs.6,76,401/- which was released to the Executive Engineer, Kerala Water Authority as per office proceedings dated 12/5/2010 with a direction to disburse the amount to the petitioner. Since the petitioner is satisfied with the same the Contempt Case is closed.
