Alleging non-compliance of Annexure A1 Judgment this Contempt Case was filed. In paragraph 10 of the affidavit filed by the respondent it is averred that in compliance with the directions of this Court the matter was considered and the request was rejected by Annexure R1(c) order. The remedy of the petitioner is only to challenge the order in appropriate forum. Leaving open the said remedy, the Contempt Case is closed.
