JUDGMENT

The petitioner claims that he is entitled to an order from the first respondent panchayat transferring the ownership of a particular building and also for numbering of the rooms in that building which is stated to be a row of shop rooms. Learned counsel for the first respondent states that if an appropriate application is filed, the matter would be considered and disposed of, in accordance with law. Let that be done within an outer limit of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and an application as stated above. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
