JUDGMENT
The petitioner states that he has a complaint about non admission of a re-option. He has accordingly placed Ext.P11 representation before the Managing Director, KSRTC. Under such circumstances, without expressing anything on merits, it is ordered that a final decision on Ext.P11 would be issued in accordance with law, after giving the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
