JUDGMENT
The petitioner retired from the service of the first respondent, KSRTC on 30.6.2006, after serving it as a Superintendent. On the ground that his daughter's marriage is fixed to be solemnized on 27.8.2009, the petitioner filed this writ
petition seeking a direction for out of turn release of CVP and DCRG. I am satisfied that the petitioner has shown sufficient
cause for being treated as eligible for out of turn payment of DCRG and CVP as a special case in terms of the directions of the Division Bench of this court and Apex Court, from out of the 10% of the collections earmarked in the Treasury for release of such amounts. Let the amount due to the petitioner in terms of this judgment be released within a period of 45 days from today.
