JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the Corporation places before me a copy of the order stated to have been passed by the Secretary of Thiruvananthapuram Corporation on 27.2.2008 pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.35494/2007. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not served with the copy of the said order. Copy of the order shall now be served on the petitioners and it will be open to them to challenge the same, as if the order is received only on the date on which it is now served pursuant to the orders of this Court. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioners in this regard, COC is closed.
