JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an amount has been received by the petitioner from the Board towards the benefits, as directed in Annexure-A1 judgment. But no statement as such has been supplied to the petitioner. Respondent shall forward to the petitioner within one month from today, a statement showing the calculation of the various benefits due to the petitioner and on the basis of which the amount has been disbursed to him. If the petitioner has any grievance regarding non receipt of any benefit which he affirms as due to him, then he is entitled to take up that matter before the authorities concerned and pursue further steps, if so necessary.
Subject to the above, Contempt of Court case is
closed.
