Petitioner is seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to make any variation with respect to the existing departure timings of the 3rd respondent's stage carriage KL.9/J 5447 pending disposal of the writ petition. Admittedly, the timing conference is being held on 24/1/07 and therefore if the petitioner has got any grievance in the matter, he can raise his objection on the said meeting by producing a copy of this judgment. He will also be heard in the matter.
