J U D G M E N T
As per Exhibit P1 judgment in Writ petition No.13549/05, it is observed that an interim order has been passed directing the respondent to dispose of the application for regular permit as well as for temporary permit and on that basis the writ petition was closed. Subsequently, temporary permit has been granted. As evidenced by Exhibit P2, the timings are not settled. Petitioner has produced Exhibit P3 request to the Secretary, RTA, Palakkad to show that the timings proposed by him is clash free and to issue the permit to the above proposed timings.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
