The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 04.10.2025, 12.11.2025 and 15.12.2025 vide Annexures E, F and G respectively, wherein the petitioner requested respondent No.2 to withdraw the letter dated 11.09.2025, as the statement regarding inspection is factually incorrect and may cause unintended adverse implications for the petitioner’s institution and regarding issuing renewal of suitability and submission of documents for renewal. Respondent No.2 has not passed any orders on the representation vide Annexures-E, F and G. Hence, this writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submitted that if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 would consider the representations vide AnnexuresE, F and G respectively and would pass the appropriate order in accordance with law.
