The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Act, 2002 (for short 8the SARFAESI Act9) dated 20.11.2024 vide Annexure-B.

Pursuant to the issuing of possession notice, the

respondent-Bank has filed an application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act in Crl.Misc.No.1639/2025. The said petition came to be disposed off vide order dated 03.05.2025. In view of the order passed in Crl.Misc.No.1639/2025, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
