This petition, in response to the proceedings initiated by the respondent No.1-Bank under the Provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 read with provision to Rule 8(6) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002.

Since there is an alternative statutory remedy provided. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy as may be permissible, petition is dismissed.
