The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. To call for Valuer's Report of the Schedule A Property;

b. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order directing Respondent No.1 not to register the sale of schedule A property vide Sale Certificate dated 14.08.2025, produced as Annexure-K to this petition; and

c. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ order directing Respondent No.1 to open the locks of the Schedule A Property and permit the family members of the petitioner and his tenant to reside in the Schedule A Property; and

d. Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
