3. The petitioner is before this court seeking for the following relief's:

"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or order/s or direction of similar nature directing the respondents to consider the application filed Petitioner vide Annexure-C1 dated 06/04/2024 for allotment of industrial plot.

(ii) To grant any other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice and equity"

The grievance of the petitioner is that the application which had been filed by the petitioner for allotment of industrial site on 06.04.2024, pursuant to the recommendation made by the District Level Single Window

Clearance Committee on 27.02.2024 has not been

considered and allotment not been made in favour of the petitioner.

Sri. K. Vasanth, learned counsel appearing for respondents Nos.2 and 4 submits that that the said application could not be considered in view of certain formalities including the payment of EMD, not having been complied with by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in reply submits

that no notice has been received by the petitioner for such compliance and if any notice is issued, the petitioner would comply within two weeks from the date of receipt of such notice.

Hence, respondent No.4 is directed to issue such notice detailing out the non-compliances on the part of the petitioner. The petitioner is granted four weeks' time to comply with such non-compliance, once such notice is issued, which shall be considered by the respondent No.2
