As could be seen from the petition papers, the petitioners were initially represented by counsel Sri.G.I.Gachchinamath. The petition was listed on 29.08.2024, on that day, counsel Sri.G.I.Gachchinamath., was permitted to retire from the case and the office was directed to print the name of the petitioners
in the cause list and the petition was ordered to be listed on 05.09.2024.
