Sri.Sadanand.M.K., counsel on behalf of Sri.Kumargouda R.Patil., for the petitioner has appeared in person.
Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply with the office objections.
This Court is not inclined to grant further time. The reason is simple. As could be seen from the daily order sheet, the petition was listed on 29.08.2024, on that day, finally a week’s time was granted to comply with the office objections, failing which, the office was directed to list this matter under the caption ‘for dismissal of petition for non-compliance of office objections’ on 05.09.2024.
