The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2023. The petitioner submitted a representation to respondent Nos.2 and 3 requesting them to accept all applicable charges and issue e-khata. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not passed any orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition.
