NO.4 AN EXTENT OF 3-00 ACRES SITUATED AT JAKKALI VILLAGE, MALLI PATTANA HOBLI, ARAKALUGUDU TALUK HASSAN DISTRICT . VIDE ANNEXURE-A DATED 18.12.2018 AND PASS APPROPRIATE ORDER IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to consideration of the application made by the petitioner, seeking regularisation of unauthorised cultivation in respect of the land in question. Accordingly, he made

application dated 18.12.2018 Annexure-A and same is not considered by the respondents 2 to 4.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.5 is directed to place the relevant records before respondent No.4, after the constitution of the Committee and in such an event, the respondent No.4 shall consider the same in accordance with law and take appropriate decision in the matter within six months from the date of placing of the application by the respondent No.5.
