THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO RECTIFY THE EXTENT OF LAND IN AKARBAND PERTAINING TO THE LAND BEARING SURVEY NO.80/1B IN CONSONANCE WITH THE RECTIFIED EXTENT OF LANDS MUTATED IN RTC; AND ETC.

In this writ petition, petitioners have sought for a direction to the respondents to rectify the extent of land in Akarband pertaining to land bearing Survey No.80/1B of Soppahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Anekal Taluk in terms of rectified extent of land mutated in the RTC Extracts.

Heard Sri. G. Papi Reddy, learned Senior Counsel on behalf of Sri. Varun P., appearing for petitioners and Sri. Mohammed Jaffar Shah, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

Sri. Varun P., learned counsel appearing for petitioners has filed a memo along with order dated 15^th July, 2023 passed by the respondent No.2-Tahasildar, Anekal Taluk, wherein, an order has been passed to rectify the Akarband in terms of the observations made therein.

The said aspect has not been countered by Sri. Mohammed Jaffar Shah, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

On careful examination of writ papers would indicate that the jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records is directed to implement the order dated 15^th July, 2023 passed by the respondent No.2-Tahasildar, Anekal Taluk to rectify the records particularly Akarband relating to Survey No.80/1B of Soppahalli Village, Anekal Taluk.

It is needless state that, in view of the direction being issued to the jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records to implement order passed by the respondent No.2-Tahsildar, the revenue records namely, RTC and Akarband has to be rectified accordingly, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order. With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
