ORDER
Learned counsel for the complainant invited our
attention to the Memo filed in this court on 13.02.2023 under caption 'MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL'. It reads as under:
"The undersigned advocate appearing for the complainant submits that the accused have complied the interim order passed by the Hon'ble court in W P No.52/2023 and hence the above complaint does not survive for consideration and hence the above petition may be closed in the interest of justice and equity."
For the reasons stated in the Memo, request for disposal of
the complaint contempt as withdrawn is allowed. Accordingly, complaint of contempt is disposed off as having been withdrawn.
