ORDER
The counsel for the complainant has filed Memo dated 17.04.2023 in the court seeking leave to withdraw the contempt petition as the same has become infructuous.
The said memo reads as under:
"The counsel for the complainant submits that during the pendency of the above Contempt Petition, the Hon'ble Court vide Interim order dated 25-08-2022 passed in W.P.22547/2021 has already granted the relief as fought for in the present contempt petition. In view of this, the present contempt petition becomes infructuous.
Wherefore, the counsel for Complainant prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the withdrawal of the above contempt petition in the interest of justice."
Accordingly at the request of counsel for the complainant, leave for withdrawal is granted and
