It is stated in the memo that the parties herein have settled the dispute between them before the Mediation Centre in M.C.No.2388/2020 and the same has been confirmed before the Hon'ble II Addl. Family Court at Bangalore. As such the counsel for the complainant seeks leave to withdraw the contempt petition. Leave is granted.
Accordingly Contempt Petition is disposed off as having been withdrawn.
