THIS CCC COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, CHIEF JUSTICE MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
This Complaint of Contempt is disposed off as
withdrawn in terms of Memo dated 03.10.2023 with liberty
as sought for therein which reads as under:
"The complainants herein respectfully submit as under:
1.The complainants herein have instituted the present contempt proceedings being aggrieved by the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 08.09.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.15871/2021 (LB-BMP).
2. It is respectfully submitted that the Accused have preferred R.P.NO.468/2022 against the order dated 08.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.15871/2021 and the same is pending consideration. In the light of the above, the present memo is being filed is withdraw the present contempt petition by seeking liberty to file a fresh contempt after the disposal of R.P.No.468/2022.
Wherefore , it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take the present memo on record and permit the Complainants to withdraw the present Contempt Petition by reserving liberty to initiate a fresh Contempt Petition after disposal of R.P.No.468/2022, in the interests of justice."
