“The Undersigned Counsel hereby filing this memo to withdraw the above petition as the order of the Administrator, Karnataka State Board or AUQAF, Bengaluru in file No.KSBA/CMC/12/DKDU/14-15, dated: 18th June of 2019 wherein it was held that one Mr. B.Yakoob Khan was appointed as administrator as the election officer to hold election to the Wakf institution within 3 months and therefore this petition becomes infructuous. Hence the above petition may be disposed of in the interest of justice.”
