“The petitioner humbly submits as follows:-
The offer letter dated 10.06.2015 bearing No.KST/CO/P/3/HSD/634/2015-16 vide Annexure-J to the Writ petition issued by the first respondent is under challenge in the above writ petition. The period of the order has lapsed and therefore, the prayers sought in the writ petition may not survive as the writ petition has become infructurous. Hence, it is humbly prayed that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Prayed accordingly.”
