ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner is neither present
physically nor through Video Conference. No reasons are forthcoming for his non-appearance.
the present petition is of the year 2018, which has arisen from the criminal case of the year 2011, as such, the matter is eleven years old. On several dates of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had remained absent. However, the matter was getting adjourned due to his non-appearance.

at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On
18.08.2022 and 13.09.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner has remained absent. This go to show that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this revision petition.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
