This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 read with 401(5) of Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the order dated 19.01.2022 passed by the Hon'ble XXXIII Addl.City Civil and Sessions Judge, and Special Judges for NDPS Cases, Bengaluru in Cr.No.281/2021 in P.F.No.82/2021, Item No.4 Honda Accord car bearing Reg. No.MH-02/AQ-4488 and be pleased to pass the order to release the vehicle in interim custody of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.
