THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO QUASH THE ORDER PASSED BY THE R1 DATED 17.12.2016 VIDE ANNEXURE-J.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER
This writ petition is disposed off as having been
withdrawn in terms of Memo which reads as under:
“ The Petitioner Sangha challenged the order at Annexure-J dated 17.12.2016, by filing the above writ petition on 04.01.2017 and obtained stay for implementation of the said impugned order. The said order was referring o appointment of two teachers one is for the subject Mathematics and another for Physical Teaching and pursuant to interim order, they continued to work in the school run by the Petitioner Sangha. On 16.03.2020, Director of Public Education Department has approved the selection of above two teachers and they continued to work. Under such circumstances the above writ petition does not survive for consideration. Hence it may be disposed off to secure the ends of justice and equity.”
