THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ALLOW THIS WRIT PETITIONS BY DIRECTING THE RESPONDETN TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION VIDE ANNEXURE-C AND G IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW WITHIN TWO WEEKS.

The short grievance of the petitioner – a widow of a judicial officer is against the non-consideration of her representations dated 25.08.2019 & 12.11.2020 copies whereof are at Annexures , wherein she has ventilated certain grievances, to be addressed by Respondent Society.

Since the prayer sought in the petition is innocuous, notice to respondents is dispensed; the first respondent - Society has to take a decision in the matter and it will take one keeping in view the interest of all the stake holders and in accordance with law.

This aforesaid exercise should be accomplished

within a period of eight weeks, failing which heavy costs

may be levied, on a memo being moved by the petitioner
