THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-

ORDER
This writ petition is disposed off as having been
withdrawn in terms of the Memo filed which reads as under:
“The petitioner filed the above writ petition on 14.12.2020 by oversight. In fact, the petitioner herein has also filed W.P.No.13685/2020 challenging the endorsement dated 26.09.2020 issued by the third respondent refusing to renew the authorization and canceling the same. In the said writ petition, this Hon’ble Court was pleased to direct the Government Advocate to take notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and granted an interim order directing allotment of food grains in favour of the petitioner on 16.12.2020 as ordered in the other identical writ petitions and directed to post the above writ petition along with other connected writ petitions which are coming up before this Hon’ble Court on 05.01.2021. In view of the said fact, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the above writ petition with liberty to prosecute the W.P.No.13685/2020,in the interest of justice and equity.”
