The short grievance of the petitioner is against arguably

a long pendency of M.C.No.4185/2016 wherein she has sought for a decree of dissolution of her marriage with the respondent herein; in similar matters, this court has held that the proceedings in which the dissolution of marriage is sought for, need to be expeditiously accomplished so that the parties may reshape their lives as they want since it is one of the rights falling under the umbrella of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off requesting the learned V Addl. Family Judge, Bangalore, to try & dispose off M.C.No.4185/2016 preferably within an outer limit of six months after giving full opportunity of participation to the respondent herein to whom notice is dispensed with; all contentions are kept open.
