ORDER
During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for
the petitioner files a Memo which reads as under:
"The petitioner and respondent are amicably settled the matter by way of compromise for a amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Three lakhs fifty thousand only).
The petitioner submits that the petitioner already deposited a sum of Rs.2,16,000/- before the Trial Court, for the remaining balance amount of Rs.1,34,000/- (One lakh thirty four thousand) will be paid within one and half months time from today.
Kindly accept the memo and pass suitable order in the interest of justice."

Further, the complainant is at liberty to withdraw the amount in deposit.

This Court disposed of the matter on the basis of the Joint Memo filed by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner on 01st October, 2021.
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that while mentioning the balance amount, there was a discrepancy and instead of Rs.1,34,000/-, revision petitioner is actually due in a sum of Rs.1,37,500/-.
Today, before the Court, a Demand Draft bearing No.033081 dated 25.10.2021 drawn on Nyayamitra Sahakari Bank Niyamita, in a sum of Rs.1,37,500/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Seven Thousand and Five Hundred only) is tendered by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner to the learned counsel for the respondent, which he acknowledges by signing the order-sheet.
In view of the demand draft being tendered, the matter stands finally disposed of.
