This Revision Petition is of the year 2015. The matter was admitted on 6.7.2015. Thereafter, this court, on 5.1.2021, 6.3.2021 and 26.3.2021 at the request of the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner time was granted. Today, even after calling out the case at 4.45 p.m., there is no representation on behalf of the Revision Petitioner.
It appears that the Revision Petitioner has no inclination to appear in the matter. Hence, the Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
