1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State.

2. The applicant who is in custody since 05.11.2024 has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Bishtupur P.S. Case No.264 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 125, 324(4) & 109 of B.N.S., Sections 27/35 of the Arms Act, and further Section 111(3) of B.N.S. has been added vide order dated 05.11.2024 corresponding to G.R. No.1143 of 2024 and subsequently S.T. Case No.156 of 2025, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Jamshedpur.

3. Earlier the prayer for grant of regular bail was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2026 passed in B.A. No.1716 of 2026.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.

5. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicant and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that the FIR is against unknown and till date even charge has not been framed. Further, two co-accused namely Prabhash Singh @ Nunu Singh @ Prabash Singh in B.A. No.10531 of 2024 and Aman Raj @ Golu @ Aman Singh in B.A. No.6681 of 2025 have already been enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate Benches. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made.

6. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on
