the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 324(5) 308(2), 303(2) and 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 8B of the National Highway Act, 1956 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to road accident, road blockage was made for demand of compensation and there are general and omnibus allegations against 15 named and 01 unknown person. He further submits that agitation was going on due to road accident and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 17 of the petition. He also submits that co-accused persons in identical situation have been granted anticipatory bail by this court in A.B.A. No.3196 of 2026.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of blocking the road.

Considering that due to road accident, the petitioner and others started agitating and blocking the road and there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and further the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 17 of the petition and co-accused persons in identical situation have been granted anticipatory

bail by this court in the aforesaid A.B.A., in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
