This petition has been filed for restoration of Cr. Revision (Filing) No. 6450 of 2025 to its original file which was dismissed on 17.01.2026 for non compliance of order dated 18.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently defect has not been removed within stipulated time and since the order was peremptory the criminal revision has been dismissed and in view of that the criminal revision may kindly be restored to its original file.

Learned counsel for the State has got no serious objection if the Cr. Revision (Filing) No. 6450 of 2025 is restored in its original file.

In view of above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, the Court finds that sufficient ground is made out for restoration of criminal revision and accordingly, Cr. Revision (Filing) No. 6450 of 2025 is restored in its original file.
