The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection

with Ganga Nadi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 74, 352, 351(2) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Sahibganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioners have gone to the place of informant for demanding money for their labour work as it was not paid. He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegations so far these petitioners are concerned and allegations of assault are there against Ajay Choudhary and Ravi Choudhary. He submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 9 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioners were also present on the spot.

In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/(twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Sahibganj, in connection with Ganga Nadi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
