02 /08.05.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.61 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 85 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Seraikella.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be husband of the informant and she was not residing along with the petitioner since last six months. He further submits that it is alleged that the informant has gone to the house of sister of the present petitioner where she has received one injury. He then submits that there are general and omnibus allegation of demand of

dowry and torture against the entire family members. He next submits that the petitioner has purchased the flat in the name of wife and she is residing in that house. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be husband of the informant.

Considering that the informant was not residing along with the petitioner since last six months and it is alleged that the informant has gone to the house of sister of the petitioner where she has received the injury and the allegation of torture and demand of dowry are general and omnibus against all the family members and all the family members have been made accused, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.61 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
