This bail application has been filed on behalf of the abovenamed petitioner with prayer to release on bail in connection with Birsanagar P.S. Case No.75 of 2024 registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(A) and 32 of the N.D.P.S. Act pending in the court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Jamshedpur.

Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner assisted by Mr. Nishant Kumar, Advocate has submitted that from the house of coaccused Kundan Singh, 2.5 k.g. Ganja is alleged to have been recovered and nothing incriminating article was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is further submitted that his name figured in this F.I.R. as the petitioner was present along with Kundan Singh at his house. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 5^th July, 2024 having no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the contentions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made and materials on record, the bail application of the petitioner is, hereby, allowed. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in aforesaid case.
