2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: -
“for set aside the order dated 15.03.2013 passed by the Registrar Co-operative Societies, Jharkhand, Ranchi In revision Case No. 119 of 1998 renumbered as Revision Case No. 10 of 2003 after the reorganization of the whereby and where under the Learned Registrar has been pleased to confirm the order of the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, South Chhotanagpur, Ranchi dated 26.03.98 and has been pleased to dismiss the revision application filed by the writ petitioner herein. The Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass any such order(s)/direction(s) as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Chandan Tiwari, on instructions of Mr. Mrinal Kanti Roy, Advocate on record, submits that the counsel has no instructions from the petitioner and accordingly he does not want to press the present writ petition.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made. The learned counsel has also submitted that the cost imposed vide order dated 06.02.2023 has also not been deposited.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
