The parties have resolved this matter amicably on the terms as under:-
Mr. Hemant Kumar Bhagat and Mr. Anmol Kumar Lal, Deputy Director, Higher and Technical Education, Government of Jharkhand are present.
The learned counsel for the University submits that amount on account of arrears of pay on account of merger of pay scale will be remitted to the concerned college by 15.03.2023 with instruction to remit the amount in the account of the petitioner through electronic mode immediately.
Accordingly, this case stands settled .
The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be
refunded.
