The remaining amount due and payable is Rs. 26,80,224.19.The Opposite party CCL has agreed to pay remaining amount to the mother of the petitioner namely Hira Devi wife of Kamdeo Manjhi through RTGS latest by 15^th March, 2023 upon furnishing of the bank account details. The petitioner has agreed to the aforesaid proposal made by the Opposite Party CCL and shall approach the concerned person namely B.C.S. Sudhanshu, Area Finance Manager, Kuju on 13.03.2023 to give the details of the bank account along with a copy of this award on 13^th March, 2023. The amount to be remitted to bank account by 15^th March, 2023.

The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
