2. On 09.01.2023, it was reported that the sole counsel for the petitioner has expired. Consequently, notice was issued to the petitioner, so that he could take appropriate steps in the present case.

3. From perusal of the office notice, it appears that the notice sent through speed post as well as ordinary process has been received with a report that “the notice has not been served due to reason that no any person named in the notice is residing on the given address.”
4. In view of the aforesaid office notice, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is closed.
