07/10.07.2023 From perusal of report sent by Shri Amit Kumar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar, vide letter No. 282 dated 03.07.2023, it appears that eight witnesses out of 12 witnesses have been examined so far.
2. Under the circumstances, Mr. Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision application with liberty to raise all the points at the time of the trial.
3. No objection has been raised by the learned A.P.P. 4. Thus, this Criminal Revision Application No. 1042 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn with the above observation.
