2. From perusal of the report of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla, it appears that petitioner Vijay Sao has been acquitted in G.R. Case No. 1082 of 2015 (corresponding to P.S. Case No. 343 of 2015) and the case has been disposed of.
3. Under the circumstances, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
