of him and pointed revolver over his head. It has further been alleged that one person tied towel (gamcha) in his neck and pressed his neck and other persons started beating and also demanding money. It has also been alleged that accused persons were telling that he has collected much money after selling cows, oxen and goats, snatch all the money. It has further been alleged that one person has taken Rs.40,000/- from his pocket. On hearing noise his son woke up and screamed out loudly. When villagers started assembling after hearing his screams there, Dacoits fled away. One dacoit has been caught but the rest dacoits have managed to escape. It has further been alleged that when we started chasing, they said run away or else they will explode bombs and while running away the criminals hurled a bomb about 100 meters away from his house which hit the wall of Sahim Khan and exploded and they have also thrown second bomb which could not explode and fallen on the roof which is still alive. It has further been alleged that when he asked the name of dacoit, he told his name is Asraf Ali Khan and he has also disclosed the names of rest accused as (1) Kala Khan @ Bhar Hussain, (2) Sk. Motai. It has further been alleged that the chief of the dacoits is Kala Khan and he has instigated him to commit dacoity. Thereafter, they had handed over the apprehended dacoit to the Bagdehri Police. The informant has also narrated about the appearance and get ups of dacoits who have entered into his house. He has alleged that all these accused persons along with others have entered into her house, threatened her to kill while causing injury to him and committed dacoity of Rs.40,000/-.
