This is an application for restoration of C.M.P. No. 355 of 2019.
No objection has been filed by any of the respondents.
Because of inadvertence, the petitioner’s counsel could not file
the typed copy of some documents for which the C.M.P. was dismissed for non-prosecution.
Keeping the aforesaid facts, this C.M.P. is allowed. There shall be no orders as to costs. C.M.P. No. 355 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
List C.M.P. No. 355 of 2019 on 06.10.2023.
In the meantime, let the defects, pointed out by the Office, be
removed, if it has not been removed till date.
